Overview
Flopack is an on-edge horizontal flow-wrapping machine with an integrated automatic feeding system, built in two models. The FLOWPACK-230 is the flagship of the range at up to 230 packs per minute. The FLOWPACK-180 runs up to 180 packs per minute and is where most lines start. Both wrap on edge, which suits stacked biscuits and similar products that must not be handled flat, and on both a double cutter mechanism and positive wrapper feed form the sealed film pack. How much of the rest is automated is a choice rather than a fixed list. Servo-driven index conveyors and product pushers, PID temperature control through the PLC, and continuously adjustable speed from a variable frequency drive can all be fitted, and which of them a given machine carries depends on the model and how it is specified. Is the Flopack a flow wrapper or an overwrapper?
A horizontal flow wrapper, and it wraps on edge. It forms a sealed pillow pack around the product rather than folding a sheet around a formed pack, which is what suits stacked biscuits and similar items that should not be handled flat.

It depends on the model, the tooling for your pack size, and the options you take, so there is no single figure worth quoting. Send your throughput, product dimensions and wrapper material and you will have a configured price, not a range.
