ACM-XFH 1050 Automatic Capsule Manufacturing Machine
The ACM-XFH-1050 is a hydraulic, fully automatic machine for manufacturing two-piece hard gelatin capsules (Size 0, 1, 2, 3, 4). Capable of producing up to 1.8 million capsules per day (35-40 pin bars/min), it automates the entire dipping, drying, stripping, trimming, and joining process. Built with a centralized hydraulic power pack, SS-316 dipping pans, and precise temperature control, it ensures GMP-compliant, high-volume production.
BOSS Boxing System for Strips
The BOSS system handles the secondary packaging of tablet, caplet and capsule strips. The BOSS-I EAX takes the continuous web coming from a strip packer, inspects it for missing tablets, cuts it into strips, then counts and collates them into stacks while automatically rejecting faulty strips — running speed-synchronised to the upstream strip sealer at up to 80 cuts per minute. Collated strips can then pass to the BOSS-II strip cartoner, which inserts them into pre-glued, end-opening reverse-tuck cartons at 15 to 20 cartons per minute. Both modules are PLC-controlled with AC variable-frequency drives, centralised lubrication and full safety interlocks for continuous pharmaceutical production.
