Overview
The CW-11 is a high-speed over-wrapping machine that wraps rectangular cartons in BOPP film, with a tear-tape facility, at speeds up to 150 packets per minute. PLC-controlled with electronic temperature controllers, it comes configured with a 90° infeed conveyor and overhead transfer system (with overload clutch), a 5-packet stacking system, an automatic feeding hopper unit, a delivery conveyor and an output counter. Film-feed and film-break detection plus a no-product–no-wrapper interlock keep wrapping consistent and material waste low across continuous production.

How It Works

A product or carton is fed into the wrapping station.

Film or paper is drawn from a reel and cut to length.

Folding plates fold the material around the product into a sealed-flap wrap.
