Overview
The GPW III over-wrapping machine applies a single layer of BOPP or cellophane over rectangular packets — with or without tear tape — at speeds up to 150 packets per minute. Built from high-precision, heat-treated components in a compact 2.2 × 0.8 metre footprint at just 800 kg and 2.2 kW, it balances throughput against floor space and running cost. Wrapping material is pulled from a reel, notched for the tab, cut to length and positioned in front of the packet, which plunges through the film into an indexed turret where the end folds and long-seam heat sealing are completed. It is a robust, operator-friendly machine with high efficiency and negligible rejections.
