How It Works

Packs are fed in on an indexed infeed, correctly spaced and oriented.

Film (BOPP or cellophane) is drawn from a reel and tear-tape is laid onto the web and bonded before cutting.

The film is cut to a measured blank.

The pack is pushed through the blank so the film wraps the body; folding plates tuck and fold the ends into the characteristic diamond fold.

Heated sealing elements fuse the overlapping flaps, and the sealed, tear-taped pack is discharged.
