How It Works

Bars are fed by suction cups, which protect the printed or embossed face of premium toilet bars.

Reel-fed heat-sealable wrapper is cut to length, with eye-mark register control aligning printed wrappers.

The bar is pushed into a turret and film is folded around it with contour folders shaped to rectangular or elliptical geometry.

The turret indexes to complete the folds while spring-loaded blocks hold the bar.
