The M2 10's Duplex is a shell-and-slide cigarette packing machine purpose-built for 10-cigarette retail packs — the format that dominates price-sensitive markets. It packs two 10's shell-and-slide packets simultaneously at up to 320 packets per minute, with cigarettes wrapped in foil or paper bundles fed by twin conveyors from the cigarette hopper and brought together on a third, right-angled conveyor for final assembly. Standard features include a turret-less hopper with agitating rollers, needle slide feed, an end-flap coding device and an electronic detection system for missing cigarettes, slides and bundles. Running on just 1.5 kW, it integrates into existing lines without major floor-plan changes.
