Overview
The PA 7RO plug-assembling unit attaches filter tips to plain cigarettes, producing up to 2,000 filter-tipped cigarettes per minute. It is designed to link with the MK 8 SM cigarette making machine and comes complete with a plug (filter) hopper with tray reserve, tipping-material bobbin holder, adhesive reservoir and applicator, single end-closure deflector drum, cigarette rolling plate, a multivariable cork drum with temperature control, a cyclone fan unit, a free-standing vacuum and pressure pump unit, a turret-type tip turning device and a forward-facing cigarette hand catcher. Built from high-precision, heat-treated components, it delivers low wear, low maintenance and long service life.
