Overview
The MFA3000 cigarette filter assembler produces filter-tipped cigarettes at speeds up to 3,500 per minute. The assembly comprises a filter hopper with filter cutting and grading assembly, cork tipping unit with gum tank, multi roll block (MRB), cigarette rolling drum, accelerating and grading drums, final cutting drum and cigarette transfer drum. Together they form a complete in-line tipping stage from plain cigarette in-feed to filter-tipped output. Compact at 1,750 × 1,000 mm floor footprint and approximately 700 kg.
