Welcome to MOI Engineering (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at https://www.moiengineering.com/ and any services provided by MOI Engineering (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our Services.
1. Definitions

3. User Accounts & Credentials

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit in any way MOI Content without our express written permission.
5. Service Proposals, Deliverables & Use Licenses
When we provide you with engineering proposals, technical drawings, designs, models, or other deliverables (“Deliverables”), MOI retains ownership unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Deliverables for the specific project or purpose for which they were provided.
You may not repurpose, resale, distribute, or use Deliverables for other projects without prior written consent.
6. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Quotation: We will issue a proposal or quotation which you must accept in writing (email or signed document).
Payment Schedule: Payments may be structured (e.g., deposit, milestone payments, final payment).
Late Payments: Late payments may accrue interest or lead to suspension of Services.
Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or levies.
Refunds & Cancellation: Any refund or cancellation policies will be defined in the proposal or separate agreement.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Limited Warranty: We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards.
Disclaimers: Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties — express, implied, statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOI Engineering and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption, etc.);
Any claim arising from your use (or inability to use) the Site or Services;
Delays or failures resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, war, governmental actions, etc.).
Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the total amount you’ve paid us under the relevant agreement or project.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOI Engineering and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
Your breach of these Terms or any agreement with MOI;
Your misuse of the Site or Deliverables;
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without cause, by giving notice.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Site, Services, and Deliverables will cease.
Provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and this Section 10) will continue in effect.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State / Country, e.g. India / Chandigarh / Punjab / Delhi etc.].
